Security Manpower & Protection

Vetted, trained and continuously supervised personnel — deployed against a written manning plan, measured against it, and answerable for it.

People on the ground, deployed to a plan.

Study. Design. Deploy. Review.

A guard at a gate is not a security system; a guard who knows the threat, the procedure and the escalation path is. Every deployment starts from a site study and a written manning plan, so each post exists for a stated reason. Supervision and review are in the contract, not a favour.

Founded by a Military Intelligence veteran of the Indian Army. The methodology that shapes this work is drawn from that discipline: collect, corroborate, analyse, and only then recommend.

Capabilities

What protect actually delivers.

Seven capabilities, each with the work we do and the outputs you hold at the end of it. Open any one to read the detail.

Trained Security Personnel

Guards selected against the demands of your specific site rather than drawn from a general pool — verified antecedents, medically fit, and inducted on your layout, your procedures and your escalation matrix before their first shift. Training covers access and material control, patrolling and observation, incident reporting, fire and first-response basics, and the conduct expected of someone representing your organisation at its front door.

What you receive

  • Verified personnel files with identity, address and antecedent documentation
  • Site-specific induction and post-wise duty instructions before deployment
  • Documented refresher training with attendance and assessment records
  • Attendance, reliever and replacement discipline you can audit at any time

Security Supervisors & Officers

The supervision layer that keeps standards from drifting after week three. Supervisors run shift briefings and handovers, check patrol and post compliance, manage incidents in the first minutes, and maintain the registers that make the deployment auditable. Officers hold the client relationship, review performance against the manning plan and drive corrective action rather than waiting to be told.

What you receive

  • Structured shift briefing, handover and night-check routine
  • Documented supervisory rounds with exception reporting
  • Monthly performance review against agreed service parameters
  • Named escalation chain with defined response times, day and night

Industrial & Facility Security

Guarding built for plants, warehouses, logistics parks and corporate facilities, where the real risk sits in material movement, contractor labour and shift transitions rather than at the boundary alone. We control gate and weighbridge discipline, gate-pass and scrap movement, contractor and visitor entry, and stores and despatch bay supervision — with the documentation trail that makes losses traceable instead of merely suspected.

What you receive

  • Manning plan with post justification, shift coverage and relief structure
  • Gate, material movement, weighbridge and gate-pass control procedures
  • Contractor, visitor and vehicle management with auditable records
  • Periodic loss-trend and incident review with the site leadership team

Residential & Community Security

Guarding for gated communities, apartment complexes and townships, where the security team is also the front desk, the first responder and the face residents meet every day. We balance genuine access control — visitors, domestic staff, delivery riders, vendors, vehicles — against the courtesy residents expect, and we hold personnel to a standard of conduct appropriate to a place where families live.

What you receive

  • Visitor, domestic staff, delivery and vehicle entry protocols
  • Patrolling schedule covering basements, terraces, common areas and boundaries
  • Emergency response drill for fire, medical and lift-entrapment incidents
  • Structured reporting to the RWA or management committee with an incident log

Event Security Management

Planned security for conferences, exhibitions, product launches, weddings, plant events and public gatherings — where the entire risk picture is built and dismantled inside a few days. We plan crowd flow, accreditation and access tiers, bag and vehicle checks, VIP movement, stage and backstage control, and the evacuation route before the first guest arrives. Coordination with the venue and local authorities is handled in advance, not on the day.

What you receive

  • Pre-event site recce and a written security and deployment plan
  • Accreditation, access tiering and screening arrangement at every entry point
  • Crowd flow, emergency evacuation and medical liaison plan
  • Post-event incident and lessons-learned report

Executive Protection

Low-profile protection for promoters, senior leadership, visiting delegations and their families. The emphasis is on advance work and route planning rather than visible display — knowing the venue, the exits, the nearest trauma facility and the alternate route before the principal moves. Personnel are selected for judgement and discretion, and are briefed to protect the principal's privacy as carefully as their safety.

What you receive

  • Threat and exposure assessment specific to the principal and their routine
  • Advance venue and route reconnaissance with alternates and safe-haven options
  • Trained close protection personnel and secure travel coordination
  • Emergency medical, communication and incident response protocol

Specialized Security Teams

Purpose-built teams for requirements that ordinary guarding does not cover — high-value cash and material movement, quick reaction teams, control room and CCTV monitoring operators, access control desk staff, women security personnel for frisking and sensitive posts, and dedicated fire and safety watch. Composition, training and equipment are matched to the task, with a written concept of operations behind it.

What you receive

  • Task-specific team composition, selection criteria and training plan
  • Written concept of operations covering the assignment end to end
  • Equipment, communication and coordination protocol with your internal teams
  • Debrief and performance review after each assignment or review cycle
Engagement process

How a protect engagement runs.

Four stages, agreed in writing before we begin, so you always know what is happening and what comes next.

01

Site Study

Before quoting a headcount, we walk the site — boundaries, entry points, material flow, shift timings, contractor traffic and existing systems — and establish what actually has to be protected.

02

Design the Deployment

A written manning plan: post by post, shift by shift, with the reason each post exists, its duties, its reliever structure and the supervision that will hold it to standard.

03

Deploy & Induct

Personnel are verified, documented and inducted on your site and your procedures before the first shift — never introduced cold to a post with only a general briefing.

04

Supervise & Review

Supervisory rounds, night checks, incident reporting and a scheduled performance review against the manning plan, so the deployment is corrected on evidence rather than on complaint.

Who this is for

Built for the people who carry the risk.

If none of these describes your situation exactly, say so — the scoping conversation costs nothing and we would rather tell you early that you need something else.

01

Plants, warehouses and logistics operations

Sites where material moves continuously, contractor labour is significant and losses at the gate or the weighbridge translate directly into margin.

02

Corporate offices and campuses

Workplaces where security is also reception, access governance and emergency response, and where personnel conduct is visible to every employee, client and visitor.

03

Residential communities and management committees

Gated communities and townships needing genuine access control and disciplined patrolling with reporting a committee can review month to month.

Questions we are asked

The questions that come up first.

How do you make sure the guards you deploy are actually who you say they are?

Every deployment carries a verified personnel file — identity and address documents, antecedent verification, medical fitness and training records — kept on site and open to your inspection at any time. Deployments are structured to comply with the Private Security Agencies (Regulation) Act and the applicable state rules, and statutory registers are maintained for your audit.

Our current agency starts well and then quality slips. What is different here?

Drift is a supervision problem, so supervision is contracted, not assumed. Every deployment has a named supervisor with documented rounds and night checks, a written manning plan to measure against, and a scheduled review with your site leadership. When performance falls short of the plan, you see it in a report before you see it in an incident.

How fast can you mobilise if we need to replace an existing provider?

A standard facility can typically be mobilised in one to two weeks, covering site study, manning plan, personnel selection, verification and induction. Urgent transitions can be compressed, and we will run a phased handover so that no post is left uncovered on the changeover date.

What happens to statutory dues, wages and compliance — does that risk sit with us?

Personnel are engaged and paid by SHADO, with wages, statutory contributions and applicable registers maintained by us and made available for your review. Compliance documentation is provided on the cycle you require so that your audit, client and customer obligations can be satisfied without chasing paperwork.
